In cases where it is required, a dedicated customer care specialist will assist you directly to ensure your needs are met (this service is only available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 CET).

If you have a Prime account, you’ll also have access to premium chat support with our dedicated customer care experts after your interaction with Leela (this service is only available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 CET).
