How can I change my personal details to complete the onboarding?

If you need assistance updating your personal details, you’ll need to reach out to us. Simply tap on the speech bubble in the app and select the following: Account > Personal account > I want to change my data, then select the data you want to change. Our dedicated customer support will take care of your request. Please note that sometimes (e.g. change of address) we may need a document as a proof to change the relevant personal details.
