Why can’t I complete the onboarding if I reside in a country where Invest is available?

There are several factors that may prevent the completion of the onboarding for the Invest Pocket. These factors include the following:

  • Failure to provide a valid tax ID;

  • Law-abiding circumstances (e.g. sanctions imposed for a certain client, court decision);

  • Instances where additional information is required under the applicable regulation.

Please be aware that this decision is final and cannot be reversed based on the existing information. Due to compliance regulations, our Customer Care team is unable to provide a detailed explanation.
