Tap on the specific card and tap Request New in the block “Card details” - the old details will be closed and become unavailable, and we will reissue new details for your card.

Depending on the plan, 10 or 5 free requests per month are available for new card details. For subsequent requests, the fee will be charged according to your plan:

Vivid Prime

  • 10 free requests per month

  • For each additional request 1€

Vivid Standard

  • 5 free requests per month

  • For each additional request 1€
