If you lose your physical card, you can freeze it on the card details screen in the app. After that, we'll cancel all card operations that come to us.
If you’re sure that you won’t find your card, you should unfreeze it and tap on “Re-issue”. After pressing the button “Re-issue” you would have an option to order a new one.
Depending on your tariff it is available 1 free card re-issue within 6 or 12 months. For subsequent re-issues, the fee would be charged according to your tariff:
Vivid Prime (metal card)
- 1 free re-issue per 6 month
- For each additional re-issue 20€
Vivid Standard (plastic card)
- 1 free re-issue per 12 month
- For each additional re-issue 10€
