You can find contact information of the ATM provider on the ATM machine to find out what happened to your card. If you don't receive your card back after the call, go to the card details screen for the specific card and tap “Re-issue”. After that, you would have an option to order a new one.

Depending on your plan it is available 1 free card re-issue within 6 or 12 months. For subsequent re-issues, the fee would be charged according to your plan:

Vivid Prime (metal card)

  • 1 free re-issue per 6 month

  • For each additional re-issue 20€

Vivid Standard (metal card)

  • 1 free re-issue per 12 month

  • For each additional re-issue 20€
