You can find contact information of the ATM provider on the ATM machine to find out what happened to your card. If you don't receive your card back after the call, go to the card details screen for the specific card and tap “Re-issue”. After that, you would have an option to order a new one.

Depending on your plan, 1 card re-issue is available within 6 or 12 months. For subsequent re-issues, the fee would be charged according to your plan:

Vivid Prime (physical card)

  • 1 free re-issue per 6 month

  • For each additional re-issue €9.90 + delivery fee (€9.90 for standard delivery).

Vivid Standard (physical card)

  • 1 free re-issue per 12 month

  • For each additional re-issue €9.90 + delivery fee (€9.90 for standard delivery).
