We can reject the application for an Investment Pocket because of the following reasons:

  1. Your country of citizenship is not France, Germany, Italy or Spain. Currently, we can only provide investment pocket services for these countries, due to regulatory requirements for MiFIR reporting.

  2. In the account opening process, we have a questionnaire about your investment experience and knowledge. Based on your answers we may conclude that our service is not appropriate for your current level of knowledge and experience in investing. You can always come back at a later stage to reassess your knowledge and experience.

  3. It is required by law to conduct a check on you with regard to money laundering. You may be requested to provide additional information or documents. It may happen that we are required by law to refuse to open an Investment Pocket for you.
