If you live in France or Germany and you’re not able to download the app, it’s possible that your App store’s region is set to a country we don’t yet support.

In order to change this, follow the instructions for Google Play Store here and for the Apple Store here.

If you don’t want to change the country on your normal account, a workaround can be to create a new email address and set the country accordingly.
