This is a feature which we introduced to make your life easier.

You just need to link your other bank account to your Vivid app once, and will then be able to initiate transfers to top up your account much more seamlessly in the future.

Simply go into one of your pockets in your app, tap “add money”, select the amount and bank and enter your bank details. From here we will take you to the app of your alternate bank account, you just need to confirm the transfer and you’re done!

My bank isn’t listed, what can I do?

If your bank isn’t mentioned in the list of banks to connect to your Vivid account, please reach out to us, and we will try to add it.
