Lost only your card?

If you’ve lost your card freeze it in our mobile app. That will stop almost any card operations for that card - same as you block your card. Offline transactions below the floor limit (eg some ticket terminals, parking, inflight purchase) will still work up to the respective limits. Just tap on the card item at the main screen and tap the “Freeze” button.
