In order to set or change your PIN, follow these instructions:
Setting your PIN:
On your card screen, tap “Activate”.
Set the PIN of your liking (it’s best not to use your date of birth, or the same code you’re using for the app).
Confirm the setting.
Make a first purchase by inserting the card into the card reader and confirming it with your PIN.
Changing your PIN:
Select the card for which you want to change the PIN.
On your card screen, tap “Change PIN”.
Set the PIN of your liking (it’s best not to use your date of birth, or the same code you’re using for the app).
Confirm the new PIN. In order to do so:
- Make an operation at an ATM (checking your account balance is enough) if you live in France, Greece, Spain, Ireland, Estonia, or Finland.
- If you live in other countries, no further action is needed.
Did you forget your PIN? Don’t worry, you can easily reset it following these steps:
Select the card for which you want to change it
Tap “Change PIN”
Set a PIN of your choice
Remember that the PIN code is only used for card payments and cash withdrawals.
