If you are concerned about the website where you made your online purchase and suspect that your card details may have been compromised, you can request new details for online payments in the app.
Tap on the specific card and select “Request new card details” in the “Card details” section - the old details will be closed and become unavailable, and we will reissue new details for your card.
If you're a Prime customer, you can request new card details up to 5 times per month for free. If you’re a Standard customer, you can request new card details for free once per month. A €1 fee will apply for the reissue of new card details exceeding the plan’s limitation.
