If you are concerned about the website and suspect that your card details may have been compromised, you can request new details for online payments in the app.
Tap on the specific card and select “Request new card details” in the “Card details” section - the old details will be closed and become unavailable, and we will reissue new details for your card.
If you have a Prime plan, you can request new card details up to 10 times per month for free. Our Standard customers can request up to 5 new card details per month. For any subsequent requests, €1 fee will be applied.
