The Crypto Pocket can be rejected if you don't have a tax ID and you are a resident of a country where we don't offer our fractional crypto pocket. Our fractional cryptocurrency services are offered for now only to taxpayers in the residence country where we offer our services, and we aim to have this service available to some more countries in the future.
The Precious Metals Pocket can only be opened after having provided us with a valid tax ID.
