Vivid Invest GmbH is recorded as “tied agent” of CM-Equity AG within the meaning of § 2 section 10 of the KWG in the register which is kept by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). The register can be accessed under www.bafin.de.

Vivid Invest GmbH will transmit your orders to CM-Equity AG. CM-Equity AG will be responsible for the execution of your orders.

The investment brokerage and execution of orders in relation to fractional shares is not provided by Solaris SE or Vivid Money GmbH.
