Fractional shares can be bought when the exchange where the underlying instruments are traded is open and there are trades in these stocks or ETFs. Each exchange has its own holidays on which they don't trade. These depend on the public holidays of the country in which the exchange is located. Next to this, the business hours of Vivid and CM-E might also limit the trading hours.

For Stocks and ETFs traded on US Exchanges: 03:30 pm - 10:00 pm

For Stocks traded on EU Exchanges: 09:00 am - 05:30 pm
