As a company that facilitates banking services, Vivid reserves the right to refuse registration to an applicant without providing reasons or to revoke it. This is reflected in our legal documents under clause 4.1, please refer to them here.
Kindly note that this decision was solely based on our internal policies and as a result, your registration can’t be completed and you won’t be able to proceed with the account opening process. This decision is final and can’t be influenced by our Customer Care team.
