As of April 14th, 2023, we’ll no longer support our Fractional Coin products as the relationship between CM-Equity and Vivid Invest comes to its end. Until this date, you’ll have 2 options:
Closing your Fractional Crypto Pocket until the 13th of April 2023 by selling all your positions at the available prices on the date of selling.

There are several cryptocurrency services and platforms to continue your investment journey such as Bitpanda, Coinbase, and Vivid Digital.
We kindly encourage you to take action until the 13th of April 2023 to avoid any potential issues. If you don't close your Fractional Crypto Pocket, we’ll sell all your positions on the 14th of April 2023 at the available market prices on that date.
Will the automatic liquidation cost me anything?
There will be no commission for the automatic liquidation of your positions on the 14th of April 2023 regardless of whether you have the Standard or Prime plan. Nonetheless, taxes will be applicable if you reside in Germany.
Can I transfer my assets to my own external wallet?
Unfortunately, the transfer of your assets to an external wallet is not possible.
Will I receive a final trading report with all CM-E operations?
Vivid together with CM-Equity will send a final trading report once we’ve ceased the fractional instrument services. Moreover, you can download your trading reports in the “Documents” section by accessing your profile in the app.
Kindly note that if you reside in Germany, the tax statement will be available at the end of the year.
