The tied agent agreement between CM-Equity AG and Vivid Invest GmbH ended on the 31st of August 2023.

As of the 31st of July 2023, we don’t support our Fractional Shares products and we urged our customers to close their Fractional Invest Pocket until the 28th of July 2023 by selling their remaining positions.

If you hadn’t taken action until the date stated above, your positions were automatically liquidated on the 31st of July 2023. This means that your positions were sold at the available market prices on that date and the proceeds were transferred within 7 business days to your Money Pocket.

The liquidation of your fractional instruments didn’t imply any commission, regardless of whether you have the Standard or Prime plan.

Do you have Fractional Shares in your Savings Plan?

If you included Fractional Shares in your Savings Plan, we’re sorry to inform you that buy orders will no longer be executed due to the discontinuation of the Fractional Shares services. Any existing position was automatically liquidated on the 31st of July 2023.

If you notice failed operations in your timeline and recognise them to be your Savings Plan, please consider deleting the ones that include Fractional Shares: you can cancel these orders by tapping on “Delete Plan” in your Savings Plan Pocket.
