If you're already a Vivid customer, we'll migrate your personal documents (including any documentation you submitted during the previous verification process) to Vivid Money S.A. with your explicit consent. This allows us to create a new account for you without re-verifying your identity.

However, there may be cases where we need additional or supporting documentation from you. If this happens, you'll be prompted to provide the necessary documents or undergo the verification process again.

Your safety is our top priority, and your cooperation in this process will help ensure a seamless migration process!
