You can open a chat right from the Vivid app by following these steps:
Log in the app
Tap the speech bubble icon on the top-right corner
Scroll down and then tap “Chat with us”
We’ll be happy to assist you via chat from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 23:00.
Alternatively, you can fill in this form in the following circumstances:
You’re experiencing difficulties to access your account
You’ve got questions about data privacy
You’re reaching out to us as a third party or organization
