Some of the reasons for cancelled operations include:
Insufficient funds. You can check the available balance of the pocket in the app.
An incorrect PIN. If you forgot the PIN, please change it.
Incorrect card details (card number, expiry date or CVC (Card Verification Code). Please check it on the card details screen in your app.
Monthly limit was exceeded. You can increase it anytime, we show you how to do it here.
Frozen card. You can unfreeze it in the app by selecting the card and tapping “Unfreeze”.
Contactless payment as your first transaction at a terminal or ATM. You need to insert your card in the terminal or ATM for your first transaction and enter your PIN.
Subscription (regular card payment to an online provider/service) was blocked from the Payments section in the app. Read more about it here.
