Can't remember your password? No worries, you can easily reset it by following the steps below:

  1. Open your Vivid App and tap on “Can’t log in?”

  2. Select “Forgot password?” under the password field.

  3. We’ll send you a confirmation code to your email address. Once you’ve received it, simply enter it on the screen shown in the app.

  4. Introduce a new password and tap on “Continue”.

    We recommend that you use a strong and unique password to protect your account. If you suspect any fraudulent activity, please refer to this article.

  5. Once the password has been updated successfully, you’ll see a confirmation screen on your app. You're all set!

Are you not receiving the confirmation code?

Sometimes the email with the code may take a moment to arrive, so we kindly ask you to be patient and wait a few minutes. We also recommend you to make sure you are viewing the correct mailbox address and to check your spam folder as well.
