As we venture forward with Vivid Money S.A., we're excited to have you onboard. This migration process is designed to be smooth and hassle-free, enabling a seamless access to our services. Find more information about the migration here.

Completing the migration typically takes around 10 minutes and can be done directly from your app (you can start the process and finish it later if needed). Make sure to switch to Vivid 2.0 before the deadline(s) we’ve sent you via email to continue using our payment services and to prevent the liquidation of your assets (if you’re using our investment and cryptocurrency services) with your new Vivid account.

Here's a helpful summary of the steps involved in the migration process:

  • Accept Terms and Conditions. Get started by accepting our Terms and Conditions. Check out our FAQ on T&Cs migration here.

  • Confirm your personal details and phone number. Take a moment to verify your personal information. If you experience any difficulties receiving SMS, simply restart your phone and try again.

  • Verification process. You might be prompted to take a picture of your document and a selfie if they're not on file or if they've expired. Don't worry; this process is quick, and you'll receive full guidance on your screen. If your photo isn't crisp or if we require another document, you’ll be asked to make another attempt.

  • Reissue cards. We're replacing all your cards, both virtual and physical, absolutely free of charge. Find more details here. Remember to update your delivery address on the screen during this step.

  • Transfer your funds. It's all about EUR for now. We'll assist you in converting and transferring the balance from your pockets to your new account via instant SEPA transfer. For more details about this process, refer here.

Once you've completed all these steps, your new account with Vivid Money S.A. will be all set for you to dive into! Please be aware that while you can keep your Invest, Interest Rate, and Crypto pockets, their functionality will change going forward. Consequently, you'll need to agree to the updated Terms and Conditions.
