Transfers between Money Pockets and Vivid customers are typically instant, but additional safety controls may cause some transfers to be delayed. We’ll process these transfers as quickly as possible to ensure the safety of our platform and your finances.

SEPA transfers usually take one business day to appear in the account (excluding public holidays and weekends), but the time frame may vary depending on when the transfer was initiated (check here how). While we don't support instant SEPA transfers at the moment, funds can still reach your account within 2 business days.

Incoming SWIFT transfers can take up to 5 business days to reach your account. Kindly note that currently, we don’t support outgoing SWIFT transfers from your Vivid account.
